Haire Wealth Management occupies a spacious brick building entirely renovated in 2004 by President Robin W. Haire.
Before the renovation, the one-story structure housed a pool hall named Y&C and was rumored to have been a hang out for a young Elvis Presley and where the legendary hustler Minnesota Fats allegedly lost a major billiards bet while passing through in the 1950s.
Sporting a new mahogany-wood and glass exterior, new walls in the interior, and the original brickware stripped of its many layers of paint, the building looks nothing like its former self.
Haire Wealth Management won an award for the renovation from the Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association.
